Salary: Starting salary of £42,000 – £46,000 per annum, dependent on experience, qualifications, and performance.

Additional Compensation: Performance-related bonuses and incentive schemes are available, with realistic total first-year earning potential of £50,000 – £60,000+ per annum, depending on individual performance, client outcomes, and achievement of development milestones.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and driven graduate to join our Wealth Management division. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to establish a long-term career within financial services while gaining exposure to client relationship management, investment operations, and wealth management solutions.

Working alongside experienced professionals, you will support the management of client relationships, assist with investment-related administration, and contribute to projects that support the growth and development of our wealth management platform.

This role offers valuable exposure to both client-facing and operational functions, providing a strong foundation for future progression within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the onboarding and ongoing servicing of new and existing client relationships.
  • Assist with the preparation of client documentation, reports, and investment-related materials.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.
  • Help maintain relationships with external partners, service providers, and key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to strategic business initiatives and operational improvement projects.
  • Assist in coordinating new product launches and client service enhancements.
  • Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes affecting wealth management activities.
  • Liaise with teams across investments, operations, compliance, and client services to support business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure adherence to internal procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Deliver a consistently high level of service and professionalism in all client interactions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Level 4 certification in Wealth Management, either completed or actively being pursued.
  • Strong interest in wealth management, investment services, and financial planning.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within deadlines.
  • Professional, motivated, and eager to develop within a client-focused financial environment.
